This Privacy Policy explains how mediaXtreme LLC ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you purchase, install, or use the Super LeadStorm software platform ("Software"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and handling your data transparently.
01 Data Sovereignty — Self-Hosted Private Infrastructure
Super LeadStorm is a self-hosted software platform deployed on infrastructure owned by, leased by, or otherwise under the direct control of the Licensee. This architecture provides fundamental data sovereignty guarantees:
- mediaXtreme LLC does NOT access, collect, receive, store, process, or have custody of any end-user campaign data, lead lists, contact databases, email content, message content, or any other data generated or processed by your deployment of the Software.
- All data collected, processed, and stored by the Software during operation remains exclusively on the Licensee's own infrastructure at all times.
- The Licensee is the sole Data Controller (as defined under GDPR, CCPA, and all other applicable data protection legislation) for all campaign data processed by the Software.
- mediaXtreme LLC has no technical ability, access credentials, or mechanism to view, retrieve, or interact with campaign data on your server.
- mediaXtreme LLC bears no responsibility or liability for the Licensee's data handling practices, data protection compliance, or any data breaches occurring on the Licensee's infrastructure.
02 Information We Collect

PayPal handles all payment data including credit card numbers, bank account details, and financial information under its own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. mediaXtreme LLC does not directly collect, store, process, or have access to your payment card details or financial data at any time.
- Communication Data: Any messages, support tickets, or correspondence you send to us through our website, email, or any other communication channel.
- Technical Data: Server IP address, operating system type, and software version information collected for license validation, HWID binding, and technical support purposes.
03 How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used strictly for legitimate business purposes related to the licensing and support relationship:
- Order Processing: To fulfill your purchase, deliver the Software, and issue license keys.
- Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
- Software Updates: To notify you of important updates, patches, security fixes, and new feature releases.
- License Compliance: To verify and enforce single-user licensing terms through HWID binding, activation records, and anti-piracy mechanisms.
- Service Improvement: To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve our Software and services.
04 Data Storage & Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.
- Your personal data (licensing and registration data only) is stored on secure servers with restricted access controls and encryption at rest.
- All payment processing is handled exclusively by PayPal, which maintains its own PCI-DSS compliant security infrastructure. We never store your payment card details on our servers.
- Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel who require it for legitimate business operations.
- We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.
- HWID data is stored securely and used exclusively for license validation. It is not shared with any third party.

- We may share limited information only with trusted service providers (such as PayPal for payment processing) solely to the extent strictly necessary to deliver our services to you, and only under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental regulation, or to protect our legal rights and enforce our End-User License Agreement.
