Important: The Super LeadStorm license and core script constitute non-tangible digital goods delivered electronically. Once the script has been delivered via download link or installer command, the sale is final and irreversible. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. Please review this policy carefully before making your purchase.
This Non-Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and service credits for the Super LeadStorm software platform ("Software") sold by mediaXtreme LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.
01 Sales Finality — All Sales Are Final
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the Super LeadStorm license and core script constitute non-tangible digital goods. Once the script has been delivered to you—whether via a download link, installer command, direct file transfer, or any other electronic delivery method—the sale is considered final, complete, and irreversible.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once delivery has occurred, regardless of the reason.
- No credits will be applied to your account as a substitute for a refund.
- No exchanges will be offered for alternative products or services.
- The following scenarios are expressly not grounds for a refund: change of mind or buyer's remorse; inability to configure your VPS or server environment; failure to meet technical prerequisites; campaign failure, poor deliverability, or unsatisfactory results; lack of technical knowledge or expertise to operate the Software; third-party service disruptions or hosting provider issues.
- By completing your purchase, you waive any right to a "cooling off" period or right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital goods in your jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all product information, features, system requirements, and policies thoroughly before purchasing.
02 Compatibility Disclaimer
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Licensee to ensure that their infrastructure meets the minimum technical specifications and system requirements for the Software before completing a purchase.
- mediaXtreme LLC publishes minimum system requirements and recommended specifications on the product page. It is your obligation to review and verify these before purchase.
- Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, VPS provider, hosting configuration, network environment, or any third-party software or service is not grounds for a refund.
- mediaXtreme LLC does not guarantee compatibility with every VPS provider, operating system version, or server configuration.
- If you are uncertain about compatibility, you are encouraged to contact our support team before purchasing to verify that your environment meets the requirements.
03 Non-Refundable Items
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, without exception:
- License Fees: The one-time license purchase fee for Super LeadStorm, including the HWID-locked activation key, all bundled software components, and any tier upgrades.
- VPS Setup Fees: Any fees paid for server provisioning, VPS setup, installation, deployment, initial configuration, domain setup, SSL configuration, and any hands-on deployment work performed by our team.
- Managed Service Setup Fees: Fees for professional managed service onboarding, configuration, and initial deployment of managed hosting plans.
- Custom Configuration: Any fees paid for custom integrations, template setup, personalized configuration work, or bespoke development.
04 Managed Plan Cancellation
If you are subscribed to a recurring monthly managed hosting or maintenance plan:
- You may cancel your monthly managed subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles from being charged.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to managed services until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days, weeks, or unused portion within a current billing period under any circumstances.
- The underlying software license remains valid and active after cancellation of managed services; only the managed hosting, maintenance, and support services will cease.
- To cancel, contact us through our website contact form at least 7 days before your next billing date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in one additional billing cycle being charged.
05 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You are required to contact mediaXtreme LLC directly before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with your payment provider, bank, or credit card company.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal, your bank, credit card company, or any other payment provider without first contacting mediaXtreme LLC will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your software license without any possibility of reinstatement.
- Upon license revocation due to chargeback, your HWID activation will be permanently deactivated, all access to the Software will be terminated, and no reinstatement, replacement license, or compensation will be offered.
- mediaXtreme LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks, including but not limited to recovery of the disputed amount, legal fees, court costs, and consequential damages.
- We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns in good faith. Please contact our support team before escalating to a payment dispute.
06 Service Credits
In exceptional circumstances, mediaXtreme LLC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer service credits as a goodwill gesture for verified service outages or technical issues attributable to the Software itself.
- Service credits are not cash refunds. They may only be applied toward future services, upgrades, add-ons, or subscription renewals offered by mediaXtreme LLC.
- Service credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for monetary refunds under any circumstances.
- Service credits may only be issued for verified service outages or issues that are directly attributable to the Software and confirmed by mediaXtreme LLC's technical team.
- The decision to issue service credits is entirely at our sole discretion and does not establish a precedent, obligation, or expectation for future requests.
- Service credits, if issued, will have an expiration period communicated at the time of issuance. Unused credits expire without compensation.
